Happy 2018 ladies!!! I hope you started the first 3 weeks of the New Year off right. I recently threw a vision board party and was inspired to write this post. Incorporating color into your wardrobe can be intimidating. So in this post, I am going to share with you guys 3 outfits I created from my closet on how to incorporate and pair colors in your wardrobe, using color blocking. There is a fear that certain colors will look bad against your skin tone. The safest thing to do (which I always used to do) is pair colors with a neutral (ex. White, black, khaki etc.). But, that can get boring really quickly! What is color blocking you may ask?? Hey, guys!! Welcome back to My Mayne Wardrobe!! It is officially winter!! Not my favorite season at all when I was living in Maryland, but because we are living in Houston now, I don't have to worry about ice, below freezing temperatures, or blizzards!! I get to enjoy a nice mild winter and I am ok with that. (Sorry rest of the world!!) However, it still gets pretty chilly down here and that means pulling out all the sweatshirts!! Not sweaters sweatshirts!! Sweatshirts get a bad rap. We think of them(or at one time I did) as grimy, disheveled, unflattering, and the only time you can wear them is for lounging and around the house. I honestly had a difficult time figuring out how to wear...
